DAFA GROUP A classical music band has been established in the year 2000 A.D. with the motivation to promote a classical music. The group consists of three members, Rabin Lal Shrestha on Tabala and Persussions, Prabhu Raj Dhakal on classical vocal and Suresh Raj Bajracharya on Sarod. The group also with an aim to flourish the nepali music abroad in the foreign countries has been also playing countinuously in different parts of Nepal for music lovers to acknowledge their experience.

Dafa has lot’s of endeavours out of them most important factor is a production of very good skilled Musicians in Nepal.

Though Dafa is a name of a group of musicians, who performs music concerts besides that the members do teach individually which has result the out come of good students.

It takes a long period to be a trained musicians for that they need 6-7 years at least and it is difficult for students to pay for a such long period to their teacher, for this kind of difficulties Dafa grop members have been doing volunter job for them who are really talented and economically backward.

Another most important part of Dafa is to admire the good work of Musicians, Dafa itself organizes honouring Promgrammes for Classical Musicians Mr.Kumar Lal Shrestha (Age 87) he was honoured on 2007.
